2. Site operator

This site is operated by AMEZEL BEAUTY, S.A.P.I. de C.V., with a presence in Mexico City, Mexico. Questions about the site may be sent to social@amezel.com.

3. Current collection status

AMEZEL is preparing the launch of its first collection. Product information, formulas, imagery, prices and dates are informational and may change before the store opens.

Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, reservation, binding offer, availability guarantee or commitment to sell. Early access and any welcome benefit will be subject to the conditions communicated at launch.

4. Permitted use

You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt to compromise its security, interfere with its operation, collect other users' information, commercially reproduce its content or use the site for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

5. Communications

When you provide your email to receive news, you authorize AMEZEL to send communications about the upcoming opening, launch news and benefits. You may unsubscribe at any time through the link in a message or by writing to social@amezel.com.

6. Product information

Cosmetic and wellness information on this site is general in nature. It does not replace professional health advice and is not a diagnosis, treatment or promise of an individual result. Before use, review the final label, ingredients and instructions. Seek appropriate professional advice where relevant.

7. Future pricing, orders and availability

When purchases are enabled, AMEZEL will publish the applicable terms for prices, taxes, payment, delivery, exchanges and returns. An order is accepted only once AMEZEL expressly confirms the purchase and payment.

8. Shipping, exchanges and returns

The applicable shipping, exchange and returns policy will be displayed before purchase. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Mexican law.

9. Intellectual property

AMEZEL, its logos, names, text, photography, video, design, interfaces and other site content belong to AMEZEL BEAUTY, S.A.P.I. de C.V. or are used with authorization. Use requires prior written consent except where personal, non-commercial use is permitted by law.

10. Third-party services

The site may use hosting, analytics, forms, email and other technology providers. AMEZEL does not control external sites linked from this site, and their use is subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

11. Limitation of liability

AMEZEL aims to keep the site current and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, AMEZEL is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this site.
